Spartan FC is a Positive Coaching Alliance Partner
The PCA is a national non-profit committed to developing "Better Athletes, Better People" by working to provide all youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building youth sports experience.
By partnering with the PCA, Spartan FC gains access to important tools and techniques that will help our club "Honor the Game" and create a culture we can be proud of.
We understand that our coaches play a large role in shaping this culture. Therefore, all Spartan FC coaches are required to pass the first installment in the Double Goal Coaching Course Series "Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons" and subsequent courses each year they continue with the program.

Parents, Players, and Coaches must remember "ROOTS" when competing to help esure Spartan FC competes with class and honors the game.
Respect the...
R - Rules... Don't bend the rules to win.
O - Oppnents...A worth opponent is a gift that forces ut o play to our highest potential.
O - Officials...We treat officials with respect even when we disagree. Plus, we can't play the game with out them!
T - Teammates...We never do anything that would embarass our team on or off the field.
S - Self...We live up to our own standards regardless of what others do.
